Wolf Pack Global Defense Ops · Security services · Philadelphia and Houston

A security company that can prove its officers did the job.

398homepage visits in the first full week measured (Oct 17–24, 2026)
9website pages, with a page for each city office
3online forms feeding hiring, training and sales
1employee portal: every clock-in has a time, location and photo

The challenge

Wolf Pack covers everything from a single post to multi-city operations from offices in Philadelphia and Houston. It needed a web presence that looked the part to property managers and agencies, a steady way to recruit officers, and a way to show clients that rounds were really walked.

What we did

A nine-page website on the company’s own domain with a full-screen video intro, city office pages and forms for security assessments, training and job applications (with resume upload). Client names are never published.

An employee portal: clock-in with server time, GPS and a selfie; QR checkpoint scans that work with no signal; welfare checks and SOS alerts; incident reports that can’t be edited after submission; AI-cleaned voice reports; a 6 AM briefing; training courses and onboarding; and a private daily report link for each client site.

The results

The website went live in early October 2026 and the portal on October 16. In the first full week we measured, the homepage had 398 visits, and the first online job application and training inquiry arrived.

Officer rollout of the portal is next. We’ll update this story with 90-day numbers.
